2 B SCENENew Franco Belge, brandname of Belgo Carpet, is the oldest Belgian carpet mill still weaving on its original site since 1923. The original name was ‘ Manufacture Franco Belge de Tapis’ and once employed around 300 people. It changed name to New Franco Belge in 1981.
We have traditional Wilton wire looms and face to face looms.
Our strenght is a large standard range of broadloom, rugs and runners.
We also manufacture custom made carpet for high end residential projects.
We select the finest yarns available on the market and are specialised in weaving wool, linen, wool-silk and art silk ( rayon )
